Full-arch care in Henderson

Eat, speak, smile again

If most of the teeth in one arch are failing, missing, or hidden behind a denture that no longer works, start with an honest evaluation. The full-arch consultation is free.

Fixed and removable full-arch dental restorations

Fixed in the mouth, or removable at night

The upper arch and the lower arch are assessed separately and may need different designs. Across one arch, replacement teeth on dental implants are either fixed in the mouth or removed at night for cleaning.

Implant-anchored full arch

A connected set of replacement teeth is attached to implants placed across the arch. It stays in the mouth day and night and is cleaned in place along the gumline and beneath the prosthesis.

Hybridge is one branded fixed pathway with its own workflow, and All-on-4 names a four-implant concept for supporting a fixed arch. Not every case is a Hybridge case, and four implants are not right for every arch.

Implant-supported denture

An implant-supported denture is anchored to 2 to 6 implants for a more secure, stable fit than a traditional denture that rests on the gums. The patient takes it out at night, cleans it thoroughly, and soaks it.

What to know

Diagnosis and individual risk assessment belong to the treating clinician after an examination. A page cannot decide this for you.

Health factors

The FDA notes that overall health is an important factor in whether someone is a good candidate, how long healing takes, and how long an implant may stay in place. Smoking may affect healing and decrease the long-term success of the implant. Healing of the implant body itself may take several months or longer.

Surgical risks

Complications can occur soon after implant placement or much later, and possible risks include injury to surrounding teeth or tissues, infection, nerve-related numbness, and difficulty keeping the area clean. Some complications lead to implant failure, which can require another surgical procedure to fix or replace the implant system.

Living with it

A fixed restoration is not indestructible and is not lifetime-guaranteed. Daily cleaning at the gumline and beneath the prosthesis is essential, along with professional maintenance at intervals the American College of Prosthodontists describes as risk-based, generally between 2 and 6 months, set by the treating clinician.

What treatment usually involves

Full-arch care generally moves through evaluation and planning, implant placement when appropriate, a period of healing, and delivery of the planned teeth. The exact stages and timing vary from one patient to the next.

1

Evaluate

Records, X-rays, and 3D imaging to see the arch clearly.

2

Plan

A written plan for the teeth, implants, and stages of care.

3

Place

Treat active disease, remove any teeth the dentist judges cannot be kept, and place implants where the plan calls for them.

4

Restore

Deliver the planned teeth, then confirm bite, fit, and hygiene access.

5

Maintain

Clean daily at the gumline and beneath the prosthesis, with professional maintenance at risk-based intervals set by the treating clinician, following the American College of Prosthodontists position statement.

Cost depends on what your arch actually needs

A patient viewing her restored smile

No honest number exists before an examination. A written estimate that matches your mouth exists once there is a treatment plan.

  • One arch or both
  • Extractions, if needed
  • Bone grafting, if needed
  • Number and design of implants
  • Whether sedation is used
  • Temporary and final materials

Ask for a complete written estimate for one arch, including what is covered and what may cost extra.

Full-arch questions answered

What is full-arch reconstruction?

Full-arch treatment replaces the teeth across one entire upper or lower arch. The replacement may be fixed to implants and stay in the mouth, or it may be a denture the patient removes that is supported by implants. The upper arch and lower arch are considered separately and may need different designs. Which pathway suits you depends on your bone, bite, remaining teeth, and cleaning access, and is decided from an examination and imaging.

Where can I get full mouth dental implants near Las Vegas?

The full-arch consultation is free and includes X-rays, 3D imaging, and a written plan with clear pricing for your case.

How is a fixed full arch different from implant-supported dentures?

A fixed full arch is a connected set of replacement teeth attached to implants that stays in the mouth day and night, cleaned in place along the gumline and beneath the prosthesis. An implant-supported denture is anchored to 2 to 6 implants for a stable fit, then taken out at night to clean and soak. The right choice depends on your anatomy, your priorities, and what you can maintain at home.

How much does a full arch cost?

A useful number for your case exists once there is a treatment plan. Cost varies with whether one arch or both are treated, extractions, grafting, the number and design of implants, sedation, the temporary chosen during healing, the final materials, and follow-up needs. Ask for a written estimate for one arch that names what is covered and what may cost extra. Patient financing is available through third-party providers.

Will I get teeth the same day as surgery?

Whether any temporary is worn during healing, and whether it is fixed or removable, is a per-patient decision that depends on implant stability, bone, bite, and the rest of the plan. It cannot be settled before an examination and an implant stability check. Healing of the implant body itself may take several months or longer, and the final teeth are made and fitted after healing and review.
